This page explains who sells your OurDigitalContract subscription, who issues the invoice and how the payment is processed technically.

Who is the merchant of record?

Qfile B.V. is the merchant of record for all purchases of OurDigitalContract. This means that Qfile B.V. is your contracting party for the subscription, the seller on the invoice and the party that collects and accounts for the payment of your purchase.

VAT and invoicing

Qfile B.V. handles VAT and invoicing itself. We issue the invoice, calculate any VAT due and remit it in accordance with the applicable rules. Amounts stated are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. You receive your invoice from Qfile B.V. and not from an intermediary.

The role of Mollie

Mollie is solely our payment service provider (PSP). Mollie processes the payment of your subscription, for example via iDEAL, credit card or direct debit. Mollie is not the merchant of record and does not handle the VAT or invoicing of your purchase; that responsibility lies entirely with Qfile B.V.. Mollie acts only as the technical payment party.
