Sub-processors

To provide OurDigitalContract, Qfile B.V. engages a limited number of sub-processors. Each sub-processor is contractually bound by at least the same obligations as those in our data processing agreement. The current overview is set out below.

The built-in AI assistant in OurDigitalContract runs entirely locally and does not send any data to an external service. There is therefore currently no AI sub-processor. If we engage an external AI service in the future, we will add it to this list in advance.
Changes and objection
Qfile B.V. informs customers in advance when a sub-processor is added or replaced. The customer may object to a change within a reasonable period. If we cannot reach agreement together, the customer may terminate the service for the part to which the objection relates. The current list is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top.
